I love caves. The pictures are lovely, too. I hope you got to go inside or at least got a good look at the entrance. C:

“Cave” is kind of a misnomer in this case. Old Man’s Cave is more of a canyon/gorge, but the sides overhang pretty hardcore in places. This photoset has a couple good shots of the bigger overhangs, along with one of the short rock tunnels that were carved as part of the trail system. c:

  1. shiitake-tissues said: Oh, I see. It reminds me of a cave I used to live by in Kentucky (Hidden River Cave), though Old Man’s “Cave” is much larger. Both are quite pretty, though, legit caves or not.
